Crispy and flavorful air fryer cauliflower that’s easy to make and perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
