Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut chicken into small pieces and toss with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Air fry chicken for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway, until fully cooked.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Divide cooked chicken, rice, black beans, cheese, and salsa evenly among tortillas.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly.
- Place burritos seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with sour cream if desired.
