Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut chicken into small pieces and toss with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Air fry chicken for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway, until fully cooked.
