Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place shredded potatoes in a bowl and pat dry with paper towels.
- Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Spread potatoes evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook another 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot.
