Description
Crispy air fryer okra is a quick and healthy snack or side dish. It’s crunchy, flavorful, and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh okra, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup cornmeal (optional for extra crispiness)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, toss okra with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Add cornmeal if using and mix well to coat.
- Place okra in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
