Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, washed and diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 5 minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the diced potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
