Description
Crispy quinoa patties made in an air fryer for a healthy and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Mix quinoa, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Brush each patty with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover quinoa for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
