Description

Crispy quinoa patties made in an air fryer for a healthy and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Mix quinoa, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Brush each patty with olive oil.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Serve warm.
