Description
Crispy spring rolls made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp or chicken (optional)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil spray
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, and protein in a bowl.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well.
- Place 1 tbsp filling on each wrapper.
- Fold sides, roll tightly, and seal with beaten egg.
- Spray rolls lightly with oil.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Flip halfway through cooking.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Keep wrappers covered to prevent drying.
- Adjust filling to your preference.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
