Ingredients
- 2 turkey legs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the turkey legs dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil evenly over the turkey legs.
- Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the turkey legs, coating evenly.
- Place the turkey legs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
