Ingredients

  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, flour, and salt.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 6-inch cake pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Air fry for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark golden.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing.
