A quick and easy breakfast casserole made in the air fryer, perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cheese, ham, bell peppers, and onions.
- Grease an air fryer-safe dish with olive oil.
- Pour the mixture into the dish.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes until set.
- Let it cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ham with cooked sausage or bacon.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
