Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in cheese, ham, bell peppers, and onions.
  4. Grease an air fryer-safe dish with olive oil.
