Description
Crispy and flavorful Brussels sprouts made easily in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add grated Parmesan or balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
