Description
Easy air fryer cheesecake bites with a creamy texture and golden crust.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham er crumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine graham er crumbs and melted butter.
- Press crumb mixture into silicone molds.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 10-12 minutes.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
