Description
A quick and easy cheesecake made in the air fryer. Perfect for a small dessert with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a small pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the crust.
- Air fry at 300°F for 15-20 minutes until set.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use a 6-inch pan for best results.
- Let the cheesecake cool before chilling.
- Top with fresh fruit or whipped cream if desired.
