Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Roll dough into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
  5. Place dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove and coat with cinnamon sugar if desired.
  8. Serve warm.
