Description
Make crispy air fryer french fries with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch sticks.
- Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then dry thoroughly.
- Toss with oil and seasonings.
- Air fry at 380°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Increase heat to 400°F and cook 5 more minutes until crispy.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- For extra crispiness, pat fries dry before seasoning.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
