Description
Easy and healthy oat bars made in an air fryer, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Mix oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Press mixture into a lined air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Substitute peanut butter if preferred.
- Add dried fruit or nuts for extra texture.
