Description

A simple and delicious dessert made with fresh peaches and a flaky crust, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp turbinado sugar (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and place it on parchment paper.
  4. Spoon the peach mixture onto the center of the pastry, leaving a 2-inch border.
  5. Fold the edges of the pastry over the peaches.
  6. Brush the edges with egg wash and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
  7. Transfer the galette (with parchment) to the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for best results.
