Ingredients
- 1 pack cocktail sausages (about 24 pieces)
- 1 sheet puff pastry or crescent roll dough
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into thin strips.
- Wrap each sausage with a strip of pastry, leaving the ends slightly exposed.
- Brush each wrapped sausage with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place the pigs in blankets in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
