Protein-packed energy balls made easily in your air fryer for a quick and healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until firm.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Use any nut butter you prefer.
