Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried dill (optional)
- 1 lemon, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil.
- Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried dill.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).
- Serve with lemon slices if desired.
