Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
  3. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in buttermilk until dough forms.
  5. Turn dough onto floured surface and knead lightly.
  6. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into rounds.
  7. Place biscuits in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
