Garlic herb chicken breast cooked in an air fryer for a juicy and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper with olive oil.
- Coat chicken evenly with the herb mixture.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of chicken .
