Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix blueberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, almond flour, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Spread the blueberry mixture in an air fryer-safe dish.
  5. Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the blueberries.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden and crisp.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
