Description
A healthy and delicious air fryer blueberry crisp with a crunchy oat topping. Quick to make and perfect for a guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix blueberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup.
- In another bowl, combine oats, almond flour, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread the blueberry mixture in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the blueberries.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh ones aren’t available.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Serve with a dollop of yogurt for extra creaminess.
