Description
A healthy air fryer lava cake that’s quick to make and delicious. Perfect for a guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 square dark chocolate (85% cocoa or higher)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and baking powder.
- Add the egg, almond milk, and melted coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into a greased ramekin.
- Place the dark chocolate square in the center.
- Cover with the remaining batter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check doneness—edges should be firm, center slightly gooey.
- For a vegan version, replace the egg with a flax egg.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more coconut sugar if needed.
