Ingredients
- 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Place mug in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before eating.

- Use a 6-8 oz microwave-safe mug.
- Check at 8 minutes to prevent over-baking.
- Top with Greek yogurt for extra protein.
