A quick and healthy air fryer mug cookie recipe for a single serving dessert
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug
- Add wet ingredients and stir until combined
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Place mug in air fryer basket
- Cook at 350°F for 5-6 minutes
- Let cool for 2 minutes before eating
