Description
A quick and easy bread pudding made with panettone and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 cups panettone, cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add panettone cubes and mix until coated.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until set and golden brown.
Notes
- Use stale panettone for best texture.
- Check doneness with a toothpick – it should come out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
