Description

A quick and easy bread pudding made with panettone and cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups panettone, cubed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Add panettone cubes and mix until coated.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes until set and golden brown.

Notes
