Description
A healthy and delicious blueberry crisp made in the air fryer, packed with protein for a nutritious dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix blueberries with 1 tbsp honey and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine oats, almond flour, protein powder, remaining honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Spread the blueberry mixture in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the blueberries.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden and the blueberries are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For extra crunch, add chopped nuts to the topping.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
