A quick and easy high-protein mug brownie made in an air fryer. Perfect for a single-serving dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil
  • Dark chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener, and baking powder.
  2. Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, and melted coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Let it cool slightly before enjoying.
