Description
A quick and easy high-protein mug brownie made in an air fryer. Perfect for a single-serving dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- Dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener, and baking powder.
- Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, and melted coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly before enjoying.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- For a gooier texture, reduce cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
