Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cream butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix in flour, vanilla, and salt until dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- Place cookies in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.

- For extra flavor, sprinkle with cinnamon before cooking.
