Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or haddock)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cut fish fillets into 1-inch strips.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Coat each fish strip in flour, then dip in eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
