A simple and delicious recipe for honey-roasted baby carrots made in an air fryer. Perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the baby carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Make sure the carrots are dry before tossing with oil.
- Adjust cooking time based on carrot size.
