Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip, and cook for another 6 minutes or until done.
- Add cheese if desired and cook for 1 more minute to melt.
- Toast the buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if preferred.
- Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.
