Description
A quick and easy keto-friendly candy bar cup recipe made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture into silicone muffin cups or molds.
- Press the mixture firmly into the cups.
- Place in the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before adding optional toppings like sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less erythritol.
- Use dark chocolate chips for a richer taste.
