A quick and easy keto-friendly candy bar cup recipe made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into silicone muffin cups or molds.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the cups.
  5. Place in the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove and let cool before adding optional toppings like sugar-free chocolate chips.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
