Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Mix almond flour, erythritol, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until dough forms.
  3. Fill a piping bag with dough and pipe strips onto parchment paper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  5. Place churros in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
