Description
Crispy keto churros made in the air fryer for a low-carb treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix almond flour, erythritol, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until dough forms.
- Fill a piping bag with dough and pipe strips onto parchment paper.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Place churros in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a star-shaped piping tip for traditional churro ridges.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
