Description
A quick and easy air fryer blueberry crisp that’s perfect for kids. Sweet blueberries topped with a crispy oat topping, ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Transfer to an air fryer-safe dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the blueberries.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, until the topping is golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh aren’t available.
- Adjust sugar to taste for sweeter or tarter crisp.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for extra kid appeal.
