Description
A quick and easy single-serving chocolate cake made in an air fryer. Perfect for a small dessert craving.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin or small oven-safe dish.
- Place in the air fryer and cook at 320°F (160°C) for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Top with whipped cream or chocolate sauce if desired.
- Ensure the ramekin fits in your air fryer before starting.
