Description
Crispy and spicy air fryer edamame, a quick and healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen edamame (in pods)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss edamame with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
- Spread edamame in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust spice level to taste.
- For extra crispiness, air fry 1-2 minutes longer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
