Delicious sugar-free coconut bars made in an air fryer. These bars are easy to prepare and perfect for a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, sugar-free sweetener, and salt.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon.
