Description

Enjoy a sugar-free twist on the classic tiramisu with these air fryer tiramisu cups. Perfect for a guilt-free dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate shavings


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar-free sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the egg and melted butter. Stir until combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into 4 greased ramekins.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until set. Let cool.
  6. Brush each cup with cooled coffee.
  7. In another bowl, whip mascarpone, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Top each cup with the mascarpone mixture.
  9. Sprinkle sugar-free chocolate shavings on top.
  10. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Use sugar-free coffee for a completely sugar-free version.
