Enjoy a sugar-free twist on the classic tiramisu with these air fryer tiramisu cups. Perfect for a guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar-free sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the egg and melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 greased ramekins.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until set. Let cool.
- Brush each cup with cooled coffee.
- In another bowl, whip mascarpone, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Top each cup with the mascarpone mixture.
- Sprinkle sugar-free chocolate shavings on top.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use sugar-free coffee for a completely sugar-free version.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
