Description
A quick and easy dessert made with fresh berries and a crispy topping, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the berries and place them in a small baking dish that fits inside the air fryer.
- In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter to make the topping.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the berries.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the topping is golden and crispy.
Notes
- Use frozen berries if fresh ones aren’t available.
- Adjust sugar based on berry sweetness.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
