Easy air fryer apple fritters made with just 5 ingredients. Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with apple flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 medium apple, peeled and diced
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Stir in milk until just combined.
- Fold in diced apple.
- Scoop batter into air fryer in small mounds.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
