Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple, diced
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. Add egg, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in diced apples.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of batter into the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
