Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Oil spray for air fryer
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket, lightly sprayed with oil.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best texture.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve with powdered sugar or caramel sauce if desired.
