Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples (peeled and cored)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apples.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze, then drizzle over fritters.
- Serve warm.
