Description
Crispy and delicious air fryer apple fritters made with puff pastry. A quick and easy dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 medium apple, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Mix diced apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of apple mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold pastry over the filling and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best texture.
- Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions.
- Check fritters halfway through cooking to avoid burning.
