Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Remove and serve warm.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness and texture.
- Adjust sugar to taste if bananas are very sweet.
- Serve with honey, yogurt, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
