Description

Quick and easy banana fritters made in an air fryer in just 5 minutes. Perfect for a sweet snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp milk (optional)
  • Oil spray (for air frying)


Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 2 minutes.
  5. Scoop small portions of the batter and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  6. Lightly spray with oil.
  7. Air fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
