Description
Quick and easy banana fritters made in an air fryer in just 5 minutes. Perfect for a sweet snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp milk (optional)
- Oil spray (for air frying)
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- If the batter is too thick, add a little milk.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 2 minutes.
- Scoop small portions of the batter and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Lightly spray with oil.
- Air fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better sweetness.
- Adjust sugar based on your preference.
- Check fritters halfway through cooking to prevent burning.
