Crispy banana fritters made in an air fryer for a healthier, budget-friendly treat.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp water
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and water. Mix until smooth.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better sweetness.
- Adjust sugar based on banana ripeness.
- For crispier fritters, spray lightly with oil before cooking.
