Crispy and sweet banana fritters made in an air fryer for a healthier twist on a classic comfort food.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Oil spray for air frying
Instructions
- Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Scoop small portions of the batter and shape them into fritters.
- Place the fritters in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust sugar based on your preference.
